Please read these terms carefully before purchasing our educational materials or booking personal walkthroughs. By using Conte Capital, you agree to the following policies.
1. Educational Purposes Only (Not Financial Advice)
Conte Capital operates strictly as an educational platform. We are not registered financial advisors, brokers, or dealers. All content, e-books, guides, and walkthroughs are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Trading in financial markets involves a high degree of risk, and you are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy & Walkthrough Bookings
Due to the digital nature of our products, instant delivery of proprietary educational materials (including guides included with walkthrough packages), and reserved personal time slots, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this strictly enforced policy.
Walkthrough Rescheduling Policy: Personal walkthroughs (both digital via Google Meet and in-person in Stockholm) are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule your time slot by notifying us at info@conte.se at least 48 hours prior to the agreed time. Missed sessions without prior notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
3. Privacy & Payment Processing (Stripe)
We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor to ensure secure and encrypted transactions. When you make a purchase, your payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. Conte Capital does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers or sensitive banking details.
The only data we receive and retain from Stripe includes your name, email address, basic billing information, and purchase history. This information is strictly used to deliver your digital products, schedule your walkthrough, provide customer support, and fulfill our legal and accounting obligations. We will never sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to PDFs, e-books, videos, and guides, are the exclusive property of Conte Capital. You are granted a single-user license for personal use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, or publish any part of the purchased material.
5. Limitation of Liability
Conte Capital, its owners, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of our educational materials. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
