WJHG.Com/News: The State Attorney’s office in Panama City is dropping battery charges against a well-known hip-hop rap recording artist.

It happened March 12th last year in the parking lot of the Boardwalk Beach Resort on Thomas Drive when a fight broke out following a Spring Break concert.

Involved in the brawl was a group of men and a local teenager named Damion Johns. The man in the middle of the fray, with the v-neck t-shirt and dreadlocks, is 34-year-old Joseph G. Jones, better known as the rap artist “Jim Jones”.
